$1.5 million for two injured construction laborers


$1.5 million for two construction laborers who were injured when the Defendant demolition company’s workers knocked down a brick wall on top of them.  One plaintiff underwent neck fusion and shoulder surgeries while the other plaintiff underwent bilateral clavicle resection surgeries. Both plaintiffs received workers’ compensation settlement in addition to these results, and the workers’ compensation liens were reduced 75% through our efforts.

Settlement was $950,000 for first plaintiff and $550,000 for second plaintiff.
