He was caused to suffer a disk injury in his neck that required surgery. He returned full duty no restrictions to his work as a carpenter within 3 months of the surgery. He did not claim ANY wage loss. This jury verdict was for nearly five times what was offered prior to trial and included a $1M future pain and suffering award for the plaintiff.
