Parag P. Bhosale has experience in all areas of personal injury law, having completed over 15 jury trials in cases involving premises liability, wrongful death, and automobile negligence. He has also been victorious in cases appealed to the Illinois Appellate Court First District. He now primarily focuses his injury practice in the fields of construction and workers' compensation law.
Mr. Bhosale earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with honors in 2002. He was a member of both the Phi Delta Phi and Eta legal honoraries. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, majoring in Political Science.
Mr. Bhosale is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, and is admitted to the trial bar in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Amanda Martin is a zealous and dedicated advocate for the rights of injured persons. Amanda has successfully pursued numerous types of personal injury litigation in both state and federal court, including: automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, product liability matters, Federal Employer Liability Act matters, and construction-related accidents.
She received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law while clerking for personal injury law firms. As a student at DePaul, Amanda served as a captain of the DePaul Trial Team, participating nationally in Mock Trial competitions. She also litigated federal cases on behalf of the disabled through DePaul’s Center for Law and Justice ADA Clinic. She also received the “best in class” award in Advanced Trial Advocacy and upon graduation was awarded the distinction of Order of Barrister.
Amanda is an active member of The American Trial Lawyers Association and The Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. In her free time, she is an avid international competitor in the sport of karate and has been both a national champion and a member of the US National Team.

Attorney Christopher M. Norem has extensive litigation and trial experience in Chicago as well as through out the State of Illinois. Personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and insurance coverage areas are his concentrations. He is admitted to both the Illinois State Bar and the Federal Bar and has lectured and written on professional topics related to personal injury law. Attorney Norem has recovered millions of dollars in complex injury and death cases on behalf of his clients resulting from structural failures, building and safety code violations, equipment failures or misuse and other work-related accidents.
Attorney Norem received his Juris Doctorate degree in Chicago, Illinois, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. Joseph D. Parente is a Chicago personal injury attorney with extensive litigation experience. He has represented injured persons in the Chicago area for many years, including injured members of the Cook County Forest Preserve, the Fraternal Order of the Police, Electrician’s Union, Carpenter’s Union, Plumber’s Union, and Pipefitter’s Union. Timothy D. Quinn graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Chicago, in 1972, earning a Bachelor of Arts/Liberal Arts Degree. Mr. Quinn earned a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, in 1975. While at Northwestern, he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Journal of Criminal Law.
Mr. Quinn thereafter joined the Cook County State's Attorneys Office, where he engaged in numerous prosecutorial activities, including criminal appeals and felony prosecutions, participating in approximately fifty (50) felony jury trials. Mr. Quinn successfully completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) training program in the teaching of Trial Advocacy Skills, and he participated in in-house trail-advocacy training programs while with the State's Attorney's Office.
In 1986, Mr. Quinn left the Cook County State's Attorneys' Office to enter the private practice of law. He now concentrates in the prosecution of serious personal injury claims, including medical malpractice and wrongful death. Mr. Quinn also handles matters related to his personal injury cases, including minor's estates, guardianship of disabled adults, declaratory judgments (insurance coverage) and appeals.
Mr. Quinn is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois (1975); Federal District Court, Northern District of Illinois (1976); Federal District Court, Central District of Illinois (1999); and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals (1991).
