Cole is an associate in the firm’s personal injury department where he represents individuals injured by negligence throughout Chicago and the surrounding areas. Cole has handled a wide range of matters involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, construction negligence, and other personal injury disputes 

Before transitioning to plaintiff-side litigation, he spent four years defending businesses, insurance carriers, and insured individuals in complex personal injury matters across Illinois and the United States. In his role as defense counsel, Cole independently managed all phases of litigation—including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. He has tried juries as lead counsel and served as second chair in numerous trials in Cook County, Illinois.

Cole’s defense experience provides him with a holistic perspective into investigating cases and developing litigation strategies for his clients. As an attorney he is committed to providing strategic, determined representation while maintaining clear communication and personalized attention throughout every stage of litigation.

Cole received his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore, Marlyand. He received his B.S. with honors from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business where he double majored in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance. 

Upon graduation from law school, Cole clerked for the Honorable Keith R. Truffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
