Peter F. Higgins

Mr. Higgins’ practice focuses on representing individuals involved in catastrophic and serious personal injury, railroad / FELA, and medical negligence cases.  He has received the highest possible peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to Illinois Super Lawyers.  In 2013, he represented two of six plaintiffs in a product liability fire case against a space heater manufacturer that received a $22 million jury verdict that The American Lawyer magazine recognized as one of the top 100 verdicts in the country.

In 2017, Mr. Higgins argued, and won, a case before the Illinois Supreme Court involving one of his clients who was seriously injured while riding her bicycle on a city bike path.  Peter is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Association for Justice, and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
