The Law Offices of Parente & Norem, P.C. was proud to sponsor the Jack "Coach" Roche Scholarship Golf Outing, held on July 17, 2026, at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club in Lemont, Illinois.
In July of 2020, Chicago's Southside lost one of its best when Jack "Coach" Roche was tragically killed in a traffic accident. At the time, Jack was entering his senior year at the University of Kansas, where he proudly served as a manager for the Jayhawks football team.
To honor Jack's legacy, a scholarship fund was established in his name. The Jack "Coach" Roche Scholarship recognizes students who embody the same qualities that defined Jack: selflessness, hard work, kindness, and school spirit. Scholarships are awarded to 8th grade and high school students at Jack's grade school and high school alma maters, as well as to students at the University of Kansas.
Parente & Norem was honored to be represented at the outing by Joan Mansch. We extend our sincere thanks to the Roche family for inviting us to this wonderful event, and we are grateful for the opportunity to help carry on Jack's legacy of kindness and community spirit.
